Charlie is a 14 yo paint gelding available for on-site lease. He is suitable for intermediate riders who want to ride but don’t want to buy a horse. He is Blind in his Right eye but that doesn’t bother this guy. He’s traffic safe, he loves peppermints, he pick up all 4 feet, saddles fine, he’s a breath holder so you’ll have to get it as tight as you can, then ride him a bit, after about 5-10 minutes you’ll be able to finish cinching him right up, he stands to be mounted for the most part.... (read more) He’ll try to walk off sometimes but we’re working on it. He takes the bit. He loads fine, sometimes he’s a little scared but a good pat and encouragement will do the trick.
