Dewey checks all the boxes! He is a 16 month old appaloosa gelding. He currently stands 12.3h tall. He is a bit of a late bloomer but is shooting up like a weed. He’s going to be a good looking guy!

Dewey would do best with a quiet and patient hand who has time to mess with him on a daily basis. Someone who has experience with young horses would be a plus as he still has lots of baby moments.... (read more) He can be nervous around new people but will try his heart out for his person. He is so willing and smart.

Dewey is quick to come to the fence to tell you hello and see if you will give him a good scratch. He loves having his butt scratched… and of course we indulge him in this simple pleasure, just to see those pretty white teeth! Sometimes he will even offer to scratch you back, though we tend to decline this offer..

Dewey leads, loads, ties, picks up all four feet, and lunges. He yields his forequarters and hindquarters. He is a gorgeous mover with some floaty gaits. He is going to be one to watch in the show ring!

He is utd on shots, worming, farrier care, and has a current coggins.
