10.1 hand Shetland grey pony mare. Has had two foals in her past. She is 8 yrs old and has done hand led pony rides for me for the last 8 months. Has had 30 days of riding with no buck, or rearing and no taking off by a 9 yr old advanced rider. will be best suited for an advanced rider on up . She has been gently broke to the snaffle bit, has attended a few roping's and has has it swung over and and around her and didnt care, have video. She has a load of potential to go anyway.... (read more) She's also a nice little jumper as I've seen her jumped her of rail road ties while being lunged. she is speedy and can turn quickly on her hind end and has a great stop on her. She is easy to catch especially with a treat, great to bathe, you can clip her with the clippers, stands to be brushed and saddled and loads like a dream and travels nicely as well. Gets along with others but can be dominant towards other equines at feed time as she was starved in her past. She just think she has to eat first. Only thing we are working on is her pawing while tied if she doesn't have a buddy near by . She needs more time at the patience tree. Looking for a wonderful loving home that is NOT a going to pass her around! She is current on coggins, farrier care- every 30 days for now- NO founder, vaccinations- 7 way, deworming program every 2 months and had a power dental float 4/23/23. Serious inquires ONLY please. . She will come with her halter, lead and her winter blanket. Delivery is available in Texas however is $3.00 per loaded mile from me.please NO beginner homes. Must have experience with horses and ponies, please.
