Matilda is a 13yo 17.2 hh percheron mare. She is very well broke to ride and drive and is 100% kid/ beginner safe. She is very easy going and reliable. She has perfect ground manners and has no vices. She trail rides the best- crosses anything you ask her to and goes anywhere you point her. She will lead or follow, is easy to catch, stands to mount, easy to load, stands tied, doesn’t mind a bath, really nothing bothers her. She drives single and double and is safe for anyone to drive anywhere.... (read more) We used her in a Christmas parade this year, and she did great. I’ve been using her for beginner lessons for over 3 months, and she’s been perfect. Shes definitely on the slow, lazy side, and not in a hurry to go anywhere. She’s sound, healthy, and ready to go.
