Winter is a super fancy Black and White Grade Spotted Saddle mare who stands at 15.1 hands built to last! This well-built mare is one of a kind! She is smooth as silk and will go wherever you point her head to with a super nice racking gait or a super smooth and fancy run walk gait! She will walk on a lose reins and she is the type that just about anyone can ride! A true trail horse deluxe who is an in-your-pocket type of horse all the time.... (read more) On the trail, she is not aggressive and will ride in the back, front, or middle. She will willingly leave the group or wait calmly for the others, she is sure-footed, careful way of traveling either up or down hills. She has been ridden in many parades, horse shows, and fun days. She is honest as she can be, a caretaker if you ask me! She stands well for the farrier, to bathe, to mount, etc… She is so sweet that it will melt your heart! She will be the first one to run to you in the pasture, loves attention, puppy dog personality!
Winter is the horse that is described in everyone’s search for the perfect trail partner. Gentle with a calm nature, willing and eager to please she is an easy keeper, no special maintenance need. She is a 14 coming 15yrs old with a body and heart of a 5yrs old, she is the type that have been there done that. I haven’t been able to find something to scare her, we have come across deer in the trails, snakes, hikers, bikers, hunters, etc. she is not fazed by anything! She loves and accept all sorts of games, tarp, guns, bikes, etc… If you are looking to turn heads at the trails this year, she will be your pride and joy!
