Capitalize (barn name is Jazzy), (GIANT'S CAUSEWAY - CAPITAL REQUEST, BY REPRICED ) is a fun TB gelding who needs his own person. My husband has two horses and doesn't have time to ride them both. I have my own two, so I am not much help keeping them going. As a result, Jazzy is not ridden consistently right now. My adult niece comes to ride him on occasion and he does well for her. He's done some jumping and has nice form, but he would probably have to start from scratch, as he's not overly brave without repetition.... (read more) He is not spooky, but needs reassurance over fences especially after some time off. I have ridden him in a dressage test and he did okay, but he would need consistent work to get back up to speed. When my niece rides him, she rides him on a longer rein and he's happy to WTC for her no problems. He can be a little fussy in the bridle if you take firm contact. We have ridden him bitless a few times and he's done well with it. He has great transitions. I've taken him on the trails around my farm and he's good with that. I have not really taken him off the farm, so he'd need patience. This horse will thrive in a regular routine. He has a fun personality and is playful. He is good for farrier, bathing, crossties, etc. He is a fairly easy keeper, and takes up a lot of leg. He's not a beginner's horse. (Though I can't let junior's test ride him, we'd be more than happy to have a junior's trainer ride.) Video upon request.
