Waylon is a 5 year old grade blueroan quarter horse gelding. He is out of registered stock with blue Valentine bloodlines on top and bottom but he was never registered. ( no I do not have paperwork to register him ) He is built like a tank but only stands around 14.1 or 14.2HH. Waylon has been working in a stockyards for the past year and has put in some hard days of work. He is a handy little horse, neck reins the best. Does great with ground work.... (read more) Not scared of tarps flapping around him. I used him on Saturday to round up & sort all of our beef cattle & calves in the mud and rain. This little dude is used to work. He hasn't just been playing around in the arena or the barnyard all his life. He has been out one trails & through creeks. He is used to a commotion & loud places from working the stockyards. Take him out in a bridle or training halter & bareback and he'll do great. I have ridden him bridleless as well. He does have a scar on his hind left leg from a wire cut as a baby but is 100% sound on it. Precious owners got him xrayed and the vet cleared him to be 100% ok. I will stand behind that 100%. PPE welcome at the buyers expense. He is located 4 miles out of Mt Hope Ohio.
