Princess is a lovely Thoroughbred mare. She is only listed for sale due to a change in my life circumstances. I have a young child that keeps me from riding her as often as she needs in order to progress in her training. She was retired sound from racing as a 3 year old and gently restarted in Dressage. She has been with 2 trainers for a tune up after considerable time off due to no fault of her own. Neither trainer reported having any behavioral issues when putting her back to work.... (read more) She is a really sweet, in your pocket horse. She had her teeth floated in October 2023. She is kept barefoot currently and trimmed every 6 weeks. She is up to date on vaccinations and deworming. She does require annual to every 18 month teeth floating due to missing a couple of top teeth. I had them removed since they were broken from an injury prior to me getting her. It doesn't affect her at all, but to keep them from overcrowding, they need to be floated regularly. She will walk, trot, and canter under saddle. She has trotted poles and small cross rails. She is easy to trailer, bath, clip, etc. She is ridden in a Herm Sprenger loose ring snaffle (KK ultra). She is registered and I can provide her pedigree which contains AP Indy and Secretariat. She is approx 16.0 hands tall. Chestnut with star, white spot on chin, and 3 white stocking. She has not been ridden since May 2022. I had hoped to get back into riding but finding the time and energy with a toddler just isn't in the cards right now. She is kept barefoot and on a 6 week trim cycle. She is an easy keeper for a TB. Price is somewhat negotiable. She would excel in Dressage, jumpers, or eventing.
