Gentle gelding 9 years old and a full 16.3hh

He is barefoot, sound with no vices. Bathes, clips, loads, ties and rides independent with no problem. He is extremely capable of doing more and steady enough to hack around with a beginner. He is currently confidently jumping up to 2’9” with beginners and able to jump higher with intermediate riders. He clears jumps effortlessly even without a lot of momentum. He picks up both leads automatically and changes.... (read more) He has been shown and has a great demeanor even if horses aren't behaving around him. A rider and horse crashed into a jump and separated while schooling and River stopped and stood like a gentleman. He placed 3rd with a novice rider on him in .70m and .80m. He is easy to handle and polite and patient. He has a ton of potential to take anyone further in eventing/jumpers and even hunters. He keeps a good cadence with little or no contact on the reins.

Now confidently schooling 3’-3’3” with trainer. Will carefully jump any height.
Very beginner safe.
