DASH HAS SOLD, MORE GENTLE HORSES AVAILABLE ON OUR WEBSITE visit our website
Dash is a flashy well bred Dash for Cash gelding who has extensive experience doing all the ranch chores, has worked and roped cows and has been ridden all over the ranch and various trails. He is well broke for a ranch horse and we feel like just about anybody could ride him on trail or around the ranch. He has grown to also be an arena horse for someone with experience who knows how to ask for the buttons we put on him.... (read more)
Dash is extremely respectful on the ground and my 5 year old daughter can easily trailer load him, brush, wash and take him all over the property. He hops in the trailer with a point and a click and can stand tied for hours. He has been hauled extensively and doesn’t mind being in any type of horse or stock trailer. He has been exposed to barking/snarling dogs, cows, Buffalo, cars, trucks, goats, donkeys, dirt bikes, quads, UTV’s, tractors, farm equipment, welding, jackhammering and everything you can imagine on trail. He has a nice floaty trot, comfortable lope and a confident walk. He can be ridden in various different bits and has an excellent stop even off of your seat. We feel like he would do best as an all around horse for someone experienced or for anyone if they have access to a trainer to keep up the training.
He is calm and safe enough that most anyone can ride him but he also has get up and go if you want to get somewhere or get work done. He is calm and easy with at least a few days a week of work but is easy to get back there with a quick lunge if he sits for a bit, no nonsense he just gets energetic with time off.
Pre vet checked and up to date on teeth, vaccines, worming and farrier.
