This adorable boy is Magic, a beautifully dappled, 5yo Morgan gelding sticking around 14.1h
Magic has been working under saddle for approximately 3 months and while he currently still green, he has a great head on his shoulders and is a very cute little mover. He only needs to see a problem once in order to work it out. Very little baby shenanigans and shows extreme willingness to learn.... (read more)
In the his short time under saddle, Magic has been out on trail rides, ridden both English and Western, started over jumps (~2ft), and attended the OHC Extreme Mountain Trail course where he was a superstar! He goes in a loose ring snaffle and is very soft mouthed. He can walk, trot, canter (can still be unbalanced in the canter but is gaining strength), ride through water, lunge, bathe, trailer, stand for farrier, and is an easy keeper. Working on leg yields and crossing over. He is good in a stall or out with other horses. Currently barefoot and sound. He does sometimes paw while tied.
Magic is not for the inexperienced rider without guidance as he is still inexperienced himself, but one day he will make one hell of a kid’s pony. Come meet this absolute sweetie pie.
