Hector is a 14-yr old, non-registered QH. Hector's a little horse with a big motor. He has been my kid's horse, but I wouldn't label him as a "child's horse". He's a little hot for most children. He has a fancy little sport-walk that's a pretty good little traveling gait, and too smooth to classify as a trot. He has good manners, but gets impatient if you leave him in cross-ties forever... He's always been a man's horse, so he just wants to saddle up and go, not have his mane braided for hours...... (read more) He's been trail ridden, and hunted Delta National Forest. He's been shot around some and been fine. Moves off a light touch.
