Nothing like a horse with a good solid foundation. So meet Diesel, a 13 yrs old, 15.1 hh grade QH sorrel gelding. We have built a solid foundation underneath him using the Downunder Horsemanship (DUH) Method (aka Clinton Anderson method), and have trained him to be a timed event horse (Barrels, pole bending, stake race, team roping). He walks, trots, lopes, and gallops nicely. He neck reins, side-pass, and backs up.... (read more) Great breaks and easy keeper. Balanced go and whoa. Loads on trailers easily, bathes and stands for Farrier/Vet. UTD on vaccines, Coggins, and teeth floated, and regular farrier work every 6 - 8 weeks. He has been to NASCA horse shows, mountain trails, water ponds, bridges, railroads, around cows, etc. He has also started team roping. He is well maintained, and has many miles under his feet. We ride/train him every day, and we hope he finds a good home. Come and test ride him. We are asking for $4,000 OBO. Well-trained and respectful horses are not cheap, and you get what you pay for.
