2013 registered (papers in hand) AQHA gelding, Zippo Pine Joe. About 15.1 and a half hh. Fantastic horse that can do literally anything. He has been used for western pleasure, english pleasure, trail, and even polo. Zero buck/rear/bolt, great ground manners, no vices. Would make a fantastic family horse, kids horse, or can easily perform for someone looking to be more competitive. I threw a rope off him this week and he didn't bat an eye. Has been around cattle/goats/dogs/cars, etc.... (read more) Can rollback on a dime, neck rein, direct rein, collects nicely, and eager to please. He has been learning to jump and has never refused or tried to run out. He can take a joke very well. He can extend and collect at all gaits. He naturally has a short-ish stride but will lengthen it very nicely when asked. Can do auto changes but needs a bit of a refresher, which I will do until he is sold. He would make a great hunter- solid, steady pace and honest.
"Po" has been to many showgrounds and pologrounds and is consistent every time. He can stand patiently at the trailer until it's time to go. He is the same horse even after a couple months of vacation (I was out of state all summer and came back to a slightly fatter, but equally kind and willing horse). Trailers, stands for farrier (currently has front shoes), stands for vet, extremely safe on the ground.
