Hershey is a 7yo 16h registered appendix gelding. This guy is bred in the purple. By Ok Ima Cowboy (Openrange) out of a Chips Count Chocula mare. He is bred to be the very best in every way. This guy has the sweetest personality and he gets along with everyone so well. He comes right up to you even in the biggest fields for you to catch him. He loves being in group turnout and having friends to play with. He is bottom of the pecking order and doesn't have a mean bone in his body.... (read more) Two years ago he started to get the finishing touches put on him, from first jumps to first trail rides and so much more. In those two years he now jumps a full course and his changes are working their way to being auto, he has also been in professional dressage training where he has competed training and schooled 1st and some 2nd level maneuvers. In his video towards the end you will see two show courses, those were his 2nd and 3rd courses ever and his very first show ever too. Since then he has gained more talent and experience, he has schooled 3' and shown locally in the 2'6 hunters and eq. He would have a blast in the jumper ring too. He would love to be an eventer or fox hunt mount. He is brave, honest and very willing to do absolutetly anything. Now he may ride english perfect, but he rides western too. He has a soft neck rein, easy whoa and a natural way of going around. He has done some trail obstacle stuff as well as lots of outside trail riding. He loves water and he is traffic and dog safe too. He rides out alone or with others and will lead or follow.He is a relatively easy keeper. No maintainance or vices. He has only front shoes with clean legs and no scars. He loads and hauls super easy and is the same horse at home as he is off property. This guy has his whole life ahead of him and he is ready to be your next all around, trail or show mount. Whatever the job, he will surely make you smile from ear to ear every ride. And as a bonus you with have one the best looking horses everywhere you go with his rich bay color and his dark black points, sweet expression and easy temperament.
