Thunder is an intelligent level headed and willing partner. This curious and gentle giant is young and still in training and will continue to be until the right person comes along. He is easygoing and accepts things easily. Very pleasant to work with in new and unfamiliar situations as he does get nervous like any other horse but he is reasonable about it and will continue to look to his handler/rider for guidance. He has been lightly started/introduced to riding and has taken it in great stride.... (read more) I ride him in a halter or snaffle bit. Stands for the farrier. New to the trailer but he loads and unloads very well. Had his first trail ride recently and he did amazingly, he did great with bikes, people, and other horses.
