Regretfully offering this gorgeous gelding to a new home.
Trooper is a stunning Shetland miniature gelding sired by 2011 Halter Horse of the Year, and National Grand Champion producer, Rhapsody's Champagne Reign, HOF in AMHR & ASPC.
His dam is the lovely Rayvik Pharaoh's Anna Dew Da Day, a daughter of the incredible D&S A Pharoah's Fortune (HOF) who needs no introduction, being a Superior Sire, National Grand Champion, National Champion Get of Sire and multiple National Grand Producer.... (read more)

A striking red bay with 1.5 blue eyes, Trooper is a standout wherever he goes. Only 36", but with a huge personality, Trooper was my choice for a CDE horse as he is very well suited for it......confident, smart, good minded and a beautiful mover who enjoys new things, and loves to work, indoors or outdoors.

Trooper has already had quite a career in the AMHR show ring winning:

2021 Area V Reserve Junior Champion Gelding Over
Reserve Champion All Star Gelding 32-36"
National Top 10 Yearling Halter Gelding 34-36
National Top 10 (8th out of 44) Halter Obstacle Over

He will be back in the show ring in 2024 if not sold, competing in halter, hunter, jumper, obstacle, liberty and country pleasure driving.

He is currently finished in hunter and halter obstacle and very well started in driving with show experience in liberty, halter and obstacle. His training will continue until sold.

Trooper made his show debut in April 2021 and won a Junior Championship and Reserve Junior Championship against very mature 2yr olds.

At his 2nd show, he placed in large open and amateur halter obstacle classes in his first attempt at that discipline. And, as one of the smallest yearlings, he won Reserve Junior Champion at the 2021 Area V National Show.
He also won 6th in a very large liberty class and 5th in Halter Obstacle. That was followed by another local show in Oklahoma where he won 3x1st in halter obstacle as well as two more Reserve Junior Championships.
His final show of the year was the 2021 AMHR Nationals where, at only 16 months old, he placed 8th out of 44 in Amateur Halter Obstacle Over! He also won a top 10 in his halter class.

While not showing in 2022 or 2023 due to owner's move and subsequent break from showing, he has remained in training and show condition.

Shipping Notes

Has an inexpensive ride to the AMHA Convention in Lexington Ky in November and can meet buyer there or catch a ride with one of the several transporters who will be there.
