Mable is a 9 year old, 15hh buckskin paint mare. She is very very flashy, gets dappled in the summer. Might be half gaited. I took her out on one trail ride with me and she LOVED it. She was so happy the whole time! Crossed everything, didn’t spook, her ears were forward and she didn’t want to go home. She fought me once to go back on the trail when she knew we were heading home.
She has great feet, great legs, very intelligent face.... (read more) I got her as a project horse and that is what she is. I’m too busy to work with her constantly but she’s smart. She needs fine tuning on some things and other stuff she needs to be consistently worked with. I think she’ll be an easy fixer upper for someone who knows that they are doing. She just needs more desensitizing.
She is up to date on vaccines, coggins, farrier, and teeth.
She loads like a dream, is great for the farrier (the last time she feel asleep standing there and did better then my other horses). She backs up straight and enthusiastically. She’s very willing to please.
