This absolutely HANDSOME man is Judge! He stands stout, solid and sound at 14.0 hands tall barefoot. Judge is a 12 year old unregistered Kentucky Mountain gelding. If you are looking for a TRUE ALL AROUND horse this. is. it! He is gentle as a lamb with a sweetheart personality. He will follow you around like a big puppy and would probably crawl in your pocket if he could. He is easy to catch in the field because he will come and find you.... (read more) Judge stands for everything a good gentleman like him should. Bathing, grooming, saddling, mounting, and for the farrior. He will literally load himself in to a trailer and will back off with ease. Judge is so much fun to ride! He is smooth as butter and 110% natural. He will gait on a longe line, in the field with his buddies or under saddle. He takes no knowledge from his rider to make him gait, it’s just what he does and he does it well. He is a top notch trail horse! He goes anywhere you point his nose bravely, calmly and with confidence. Judge is not one bit barn or buddy sour. He will ride off alone with no hesitation. He’s one of the few horses who actually enjoys going for a ride and not just tolerates it. He will lead the group and blaze new trails or will bring up the rear with no problem. There’s nothing that spooks him. He’s use to screaming kids, barking dogs, traffic and even trains. Judge will go over logs, through ditches and cross water with no problem. He is a one in a million type of horse. Nothing bad to be said about him. If you can sit in the saddle you can ride Judge. He will walk all day long if that’s what you want.
