Detroit, as we call him, is trained the best to ride. Whether riding English or western, he will willingly walk, trot, and canter picking up both leads and doing everything with ease, Detroit has been on many miles of trails, taking creeks and rough terrain in stride, he has also been on wagon trains, with big groups of horses. Detroit also rides well on the road, in traffic and is not bothered by it.
