Trucker is a big beautiful quiet gelding. He has won money as a heading horse but we bought him out of a meat pen and have been giving him time to heal and get back to a happy place. We expected to just hop on and go but the only hand up we can find with him is he’s nervous towards human touch, like he had been beat. He’s coming around but we would like to offer him up for what we have into him, if anyone is looking for a very well bred, trained gelding that just needs time.... (read more) Since being here he’s been had coggins, vaccinations, feet done, teeth done, regular chiropractic work, Bemer and a Dac diet. He’s bottom of the herd, so easy to lead, will stand tied all day without a peep, very easy keeper, very quiet, picks up feet, free lunges and lunges on a line, stands for saddling, loads and unloads, hauls quiet. I have not ridden him yet to this date but that may change if you reach out. Looking for a good home for him as he’s so sweet and we know he’s got some great training based on his past history.
