Patches is a 9 yr old paint gelding, standing at 15.1hh. He is very broke, quiet, and gentle! Patches has the sweetest personality, and is the best babysitter! He is great for any level of rider, and a confidence builder! He is used to being around, and rode by kids or beginner riders. He neck reins and moves off of leg pressure. Patches will also ride without a bridle! He doesn’t mind the big bouncy ball either!
Patches picks up both leads, stops, and backs up nicely!... (read more) He direct reins, moves off leg pressure, he responds very well to cues! Patches has been on a lot of trails, he will go out alone, and he does good with riding in groups too! He will lead, follow, or ride in the middle. Patches is used to crossing obstacles and does it with ease! He has no problem crossing bridges, or going through noodles! We have rode patches on the roads, he is traffic safe and 100% sound!
