Here is a RARE opportunity to own the BOMBPROOF gelding everyone is always looking for! And when I say bombproof (which I never do) I literally mean it! If you can think of it, Justin has most likely done it in his life! He's an older gelding, late teens and deserves a child or family of his own. Our son is 15 and doesn't care to ride anymore, so I feel like it's time to look for the perfect home for Justin. He is an absolute gentleman in every way and in every situation!... (read more) Has been used for side saddle drill team, carries flags, ropes, worked cattle, you will NOT show him anything he hasn't already seen! My husband has been using him for sheriff posse work, and he will literally walk through fire, stand quietly at the fair, pack anyone in parades, he will stand quietly among THOUSANDS of people at night downtown in the Fort Worth stockyards, and we recently got back from the National Finals chuckwagon races in Clinton, Arkansas where Justin stood front row watching the races, even when the full size mules raced, with FIRECRACKERS shooting out of their wagons! Small children climb all over him at the rodeos, and I would trust this horse with literally anyone of any age and any experience level. HE WILL NOT SPOOK AT ANYTHING, trust me, I've put him through everything, and I've seen him prove himself time and time again. He is light in the bridle and will ride one handed or even without a bridle at all! He has a nice walk, trot, lope, stop, back, side pass, etc. He's very broke! I wish I could clone 10 of him and I know I'll regret selling him but at this point in his life he deserves a child or family. I will not sell him to anyone looking to ride him hard anymore (even though he's totally sound!) But that's not what he deserves. He also has perfect manners with no vices whatsoever. A 3-year-old can handle him on the ground, give him a bath and load him in the trailer. The ONLY 'special needs' he has is that he needs either alfalfa or senior feed to keep his weight up, and he needs to be kept outside, as his hind legs will stock up if he's locked in a stall. He can live with literally any other horse or by himself. He's one of those who is worth his weight in gold. I have personally put this gelding in to EVERY situation possible. His new home will be pre-approved. LOTS of videos are available by request.
