8 year old OTTB gelding (2015)
(Indiana bred and raced)

Steve was retired from racing and bought straight off the track in 2019 and was very lightly restarted within the 4 years his previous owner had him. He only had 5 career starts. He has an incredible brain and would make a great first training project for a young rider. He has not been started over fences but has seen poles and didnt even blink at them.... (read more)

* Great ground manners
* Acclimates easily to new places
* Has gotten along easily with every horse I’ve had him with
* Lower in the herd dynamic
* LOVES attention
* Easy keeper, he gains and holds weight well
* Has started some basics started under saddle, can go any direction
* UTD on vaccines, dental, farrier work
* Has great bloodlines
* Bathes well
* Good around dogs

Cons:
* Typical TB feet
* Can get stiff in his hind legs, goes away once warmed up on the lunge/under saddle
