Homeboy is a 2018 grade, sorrel, gelding, standing 14hh, and about 950lbs. He’s user friendly, willing, mannered, and kind! Don’t pass him up just because he’s plain!
Homeboy is broke and GENTLE. He does nothing wrong!... (read more) Homeboy is very easy to get along with and does neck rein. He’s not spooky and does anything you ask.
Homeboy walks, trots, lopes, picks up his leads, stops, and backs. Bridges, logs, cars, plastic bags, and puddles don’t phase him. He is not fancy broke, but is VERY enjoyable. I would say he is suitable for a confident beginner rider.
I purchased homeboy in the middle of a busy neighborhood in ft worth. His former owner and neighbors would ride him all over the neighborhood regularly. Kids that lived nearby adored him!
Homeboy is easy to catch, great with his feet, loads, unloads, saddle, bathes, ties, and bridles with ease. No vices, buck, rear, kick, or bite. He handles time off without an issue.
Whoever ends up with homeboy will be very happy. You cannot go wrong on this one.
