"Beech" is a gorgeous, gentle, 15 year old, 14.3 hand, really broke, flashy, roan palomino gelding.... (read more) This is a horse with nice conformation, and moves smooth and prompt, and is probably best suited for at least upper beginner/novice riders. He has always had good riders and does not have any bad habits. He is comfortable around livestock and wildlife. He is easy to catch, load, shoe, saddle, and mount. He rides on a loose rein and maintains his gait until you ask him to change. He will one hand neck rein or direct rein with a stop and back-up. This is an exceptionally nice horse and is selling sound and healthy. I believe this horse would be very good for trail riding, as a family horse, or a working ranch horse.
