This silver dapple stud colt by Star and Silver Eagle is perhaps the most stunning of the SRR foal crop so far! Star is a very honest 15.3 right now (she may well finish 16 hands -many would mark her at that now) and this colt CLEARLY has her height. Perhaps the first truly TALL black silver dapple Morgan! How cool is that!?
As a silver son of Schaenzer's Silver Eagle, this colt will have the high-contrast white mane and tail everyone is looking for.... (read more) It is coming out lighter every day and with that bold perfect blaze, he surely has the LOOK AT ME presence!
As for athleticism, this colt is insanely agile. No joke, when all the foals are running around lose every day when we let them out free to play, people comment on this colt in particular. Left, right, take off, stop, spin, his scope is just amazing! Perhaps it is due to his mother Star (SRR BLACK STAR OF SUCCESS) who is a Ranger daughter (by a Robbie Sue mare). She is short back and very calm, but can really move classy when asked!
I took these shots quick today between chores, but I hope to get you some decent future videos of him soon.
