Witten Creek Lacey was born 4-20-2023. She is sired by our Friesian stallion, Vorn MFF (Doaitsen 420 Sport x Beart 411 Sport Pref) and out of our Clydesdale Cross Pinto mare, Witten Creek Maggie. Doaitsen was the 4time USEF Friesian Stallion of the Year and Vorn’s dam was a Kroon mare, who has since been exported to Australia. She is a daughter of Beart, the two time driving champion of the Netherlands ( himself sired by the fabulous Jasper 366) Lacey is very curious and people oriented, with lovely action and correct conformation.... (read more) Her older siblings are doing very well, with a maternal half brother who is beginning fox hunting in VA, a full brother beginning long lining in AZ, and a full sister just beginning to be ridden in VA. We expect Lacey to hit 16.1 or better when she is fully grown.
All of our foals are imprinted at birth and handled daily. They are exposed to a variety of things, from rattle sacks and tarps, to inflatables and farm equipment. Lacey is registered and DNA verified to both parents with the Friesian Heritage Horse Association and microchipped. She will be doing all the normal foal things, and seen a whole lot more by the time she leaves here. We expect to wean in September and pickup will be early November.
Lacey is absolutely stunning with her rich bay coloring and exquisite head. She is built like a tank, but very athletic. She loves to interact with her humans and is quite brave. Lacey stands for the farrier and is UTD on farrier and deworming. Vet is scheduled for vaxx and coggins.
We ask for 20% down to hold your foal until weaning. Payments are welcome but not necessary until right before or at pick up.

You can be certain when you get one of our babies, that it has already been tested and verified.... (read more) We strive to produce calm, quiet and loving foals, that will be a true pleasure to work with. Daily handling and exposure to a variety of items help them get started right. We try to have each baby not only halter broke, standing for farrier, and loading in a trailer, wearing a pad and surcingle, as well as crossing cavelliti, crossing a tarp, and standing on and crossing a pedestal, We try to teach them to think about things and to trust their human partners.
Our stallion, Vorn MFF is a son of Doaitsen 420, the USEF Friesian sire of the year for 2016, 2017, and 2018. Vorn's mother is a crown mare by Beart 411, the two time driving champion of the Netherlands. Vorn rides and drives. Vorn is also hydro and dwarfism free and five panel negative.. His first foals are on the ground and exceeding all expectations. We have sold babies from coast to coast. Vorn’s get are all very people oriented, athletic and very intelligent. They are easy to work with, and for the most part, very quiet natured.
