Belinda is a breathtaking beauty with a sensitive demeanor and lovely conformation. She is very regal and stoic. She prefers a sensitive quiet person to hang out with. We are looking for her forever partner, as her current owner has had some life changes and can no longer keep her.

Started lightly under saddle with professional training in 2021 after having two glorious foals... and is currently back in training with a classical trainer and going nicely under saddle (albeit still green). She is best suited for an experienced rider, because of her sensitive nature, she requires very light aids.

Sound, barefoot, no history of illness or colic. Her owner would like to offer her this fall as she will be farther along under saddle with her current trainer and ready to take on to the next level. She is still a viable broodmare for anyone that is interested in the ancient, rare Cartujano bloodlines, the purest of the Spanish Andalusian breed, preserved for centuries and hidden by the Carthusian monks.

Her 3 yr old colt was a quick study with a teddy bear character who sold for apprx $50K with less than a year under saddle. He has debuted at few dressage shows and brought home the blues and has a promising future.

This mare has an outstanding lineage from multiple Cartujano/Bocado studs in Spain, including Romero Benitez, Miguel Angel Cardenas, Isabella Terry, Lovera.
