Daily small group turnout, weather permitting, with free choice hay and water. Grain twice daily. Automatic waterers in every stall. 60'x133' indoor arena, plus outdoor arena. Observation room with bathroom. Indoor wash stall and outdoor wash rack. Tack rooms. Full cement isles with cross ties and mats. Trails right off the back of the property. Trailer parking available.
