Private residence with modern barn that hosts three stables, hayloft, and tack room on about 7 acres with stunning 360 views of the surrounding mountains. We are about 6 minutes from Jay Peak, 8 minutes from Montgomery Center. The barn is post-2000 construction with water, power, heat, and a security/monitoring system with video cameras and remote-fire alert. We own real estate and a couple of businesses locally, and we live onsite (in the home next to the stables). Mid-30's couple with professional background. Some animal training, inexperienced with horses but eager to learn and to host them on the property. This property was formally owned by a well-respected local trainer. Our perfect tenant would be a private owner who intends to care for the animals themselves, or to hire out care.
