Horse Boarding and Training Facility located in Independence, MN (30 minutes west of Minneapolis, MN) that is comfortable to ride in year round since our facility is heated in the winter. We have 40+ years of experience caring for horses and ponies. This facility opened in 2005. We offer Horse Boarding, Horse Training, Horse Leasing, Coaching at Shows, Trailering to and from off site horse shows and clinics, and Horseback Riding Lessons on your horse(s) or our horses.... (read more) We have experience training horses/ponies and teaching horseback riding lessons to kids and adults for Eventing, Dressage, Hunters, Jumpers and Basic Horsemanship/Riding Skills. Our facility has two trainers: Michelle Stephan trains riders and horses for Eventing, Dressage, Jumpers and basic riding skills on your own horse(s) or our lesson horses/pony for beginner through intermediate riders. Alison Sader Larson trains riders and horses up through Grand Prix Riders and Young Riders. Our trainers and facility offer a comfortable environment with excellent care.

Facility amenities include:
A large heated 80' x 200' indoor arena with DUST FREE Tapeta footing, nice bright LED lights, 40 ceiling fans, 16' ceiling, observation deck with comfortable couches and WIFI. An x-large 100' x 300' outdoor arena with nice ag-lime footing and observation deck. We also have a cross country field among multiple large trees over rolling hills. We also offer a wonderful 1.5 mile sand trail around the 80 acres. The barn has in-floor heat; 12' x 12' stalls with rubber mats, large windows and ceiling fans; 2 grooming stalls; 2 wash stall; lounge; office; full kitchen; women and men's bathrooms; and WIFI. We feed Purina Strategy or Equine Senior grain twice a day and hay multiple times a day.
