~All day or half day turnout in multiple paddocks. mostly grass and one sanded paddock each day.

Turned out time averages 11-13 hours most days, depending on weather on large abundant space in each paddock for your horse. Individual turnout or in small groups are available. ~Hay (local quality 1st and 2nd cut depending on your horse diet, offered in paddock during the day (seasonal) and in stall at night with an option for hay nets when provided by horse owner.
~Fresh water offered at all times in paddocks and in stalls.
~100ft by 58ft Indoor arena with new updated LED natural lights.
~24 hour recorded security cameras with real time recordings for up to 2 months, with silent alarms thru out the property that is transmitted to property owners with any issues.
~ Outdoor lighting thru out property with motion sensors, on/off from dusk to dawn.
~Owners live on property with 24 hour care.
~There will be a new 200ft by 140ft outdoor arena being built on the property and completed by early summer.
Boarding starting at $400 and up depending on board, with partial board as an optional or reduced rate in exchange for feedings, stall cleaning and turnout.
~Ponies are welcome too and board rate can be modified based on size and feeding. Retirees welcome, can provide some special services such as hay soaking if needed and hand walking.
Our goal is to have a drama free fun environment for everyone, your horse will receive top personalized care.
Trainers are welcome with personal insurance coverage and riders waver provided.
