10' x 10' to 12' x 15' matted stalls, 4 hot/cold wash racks, heated water buckets, tack room, Lounge, eight separate pastures with run-in sheds, owner/manager lives on property, trailer parking. All disciplines welcome.
Full Board $800 mo with plenty of daily turnout .
Pasture Board $450 month, horses fed 2 x daily in separate feeding stalls, heated water & 24/7 hay supplied in hay huts during winter months.
