Hope Youth Ranch

My name is Terri Nichols with Hope Ranch Learning Academy in Hudson Florida. We are a non-profit, Christian school who uses horses and miniature donkeys in the learning process of our students with autism and learning disabilities. All of our students interact with the animals on a weekly basis. some ride, some groom some who are more unsure of the horses interact with the miniature donkeys. It is a beautiful thing! Although the farm takes horses by donation only, it is totally tax deductible.... (read more) The horses have beautiful acreage to roam, are groomed daily and given lots of hugs and kisses daily. When out students do ride, most are lead at a walk so the senior horses are perfect for this.
