Maebree Ranch

We are a small business private horse ranch at a great location off of HWY 83 between Hodgen and HWY 105 about 10-15 minutes from the town of Monument, 20 minutes from Northern Colorado Springs, and only 5 - 15 minutes to access the beautiful trails of Fox Run Park, Spruce Mountain Open Space, and Dawson's Butte!

As well as taking care of and housing horses we teach riding lessons and lease horses out. We are a private barn run as a family business so our environment is relaxing and enjoyable and we love our horsey companions!... (read more)

Our faculty includes run in sheds on 30 acres, 7 stall barn, tack storage, outdoor arena, round pen, cross country course, jump course, full care board, and access to CHA qualified riding instructors and horse trainers. Full care board includes - 2x a day feeding including hay (grain supplied by owners), 24/7 access to pasture or stalling available upon request with turnout, tack storage, blanketing, and veterinary supplies. Trailer parking/storage available for an extra $25 a month. We have on sight tenants for any emergencies and hired help to make things run as smoothly as possible!
