Wonderful boarding facility. Indoor arena with great footing. Outdoor dressage sand 20x60 Outdoor sand jumping ring. Quarter mile sand race track. Infield has cross country jumps. Few trails. Observation room heated/ac tv,dvd,vcr, kitchen restroom. Hot water wash rack, washer dryer. Horses grained twice daily, hayed four times day, stalls cleaned monday-saturday, turnout monday-saturday. Open 7days 8:30-10pm $400. per month 30 days notice
