RREC is a very small operation tha I'm just getting off the ground. It is family owned and operated by myself and my wife. Future goals for the center are quite simple. We aim to become a rescue center(focusing on racehorses, but open to all) and a training facility. Right now we're working on rescuing who we can and finding them nice forever homes ans getting our name out there.
