Large lighted clay arena with full hunter course. Large open field available for riding.
Access to Oviedo bike trail (equestrians are able to use grassy side of trail)
Open and closed air conditioned tack room.
Wash rack.
Grooming 2x weekly.

Shavings as needed per individual horse.
Stalls cleaned 2x daily.
10 stall barn, extremely ventilated with aisle fans and stall fans.
12:6 grain fed 2x daily. Timothy hay 2x daily. Diet can be altered according to individual needs.
Sander and wormer included. Owner may provide any other supplements.
Fly spray and fly sheets upon turnout, rinse when brought in.
Blankets, sheets and hoods during winter.
May use our farrier, vet and trainer or bring your own. Ring fee applies for visiting trainers.
Trailer parking.
No stallions, sorry.
