Gena Rossini, a native of Tennessee, has been working with horses for over 25 years. She has been National Riding Committee certified as an instructor and is currently the only ICP certification candidate in the state of Arkansas. She attended Sweet Briar College and while there trained under George Morris. She also catch rode and worked for Melanie Smith-Taylor. Other well known and respected riders that she has worked for/trained under are Rodney Jenkins, Conrad Homfeld, Bruce Davidson and Hilda Gurney. She spent most of her riding career on the east and west coasts before she came to Arkansas. She has been operating Salem Equestrian Center since 2002. Since she has been in Arkansas she has been the Vice President of the Arkansas Dressage Society and has been a part of numerous other organizations in the state. She enjoys watching her students grow and learn in lessons and at competitions all over USEA zones 3, 4, and 5.
Lesson information:
-Lessons are generally private so that each student can get the most out of their time.
-Semi private lessons are available depending on the experience of the riders involved (regular lesson rates apply).
-Trailer in lessons are welcome!
