I have been raising donkeys for 14 years now and still love it! I have an almost 100 acre farm with 2 lakes that used to be a campground and pay-fishing lakes, and also raise goats and hair sheep. The farm could be for sale including most of the animals (of course except my pet sheep and a few donkeys that I just can't part with).
