This saddle is basicly brand new. Only marks on if are from setting in the tack room. It measures a 16.5. I have several pictures of it I can send. It comes with stirrup leathers, stirrups, english pad. I am not sure of the tree but we have quarter horses so I would assume it is wide enough for them. I am willing to ship but at buyers expense. I am offering it at $450 but I am open to offers as it’s just setting here
