About Miniature Therapy Horses
Miniature horses can be used to provide comfort and affection in many different settings and environments. Because miniature horses are less than 3 feet tall (they can be as short at 17 inches), they aren’t as imposing to small kids and children and can be brought into indoor settings. Therapy horses have been used to visit hospitals, hospices and even airports to bring joy to those who meet them.
Miniature horses are also often used for events like children’s birthday parties and they also make great pets.
